User data is collected to allow the Controller to provide its services, comply with legal obligations, respond to commercial requests, and for aggregate statistical purposes (e.g., monitoring site traffic without identifying single users).

The legal basis is founded on the performance of pre-contractual or contractual measures (for quote/info requests) and on the legitimate interest of the Controller (for website maintenance and IT security).

Data is processed at the Controller's offices and on the hosting provider's servers (Aruba). Personal data is kept for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected (e.g., fulfilling a commercial request).
